2. Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Include: order number + photos/videos of the issue.
We will review the case and offer repair or replacement only if the item has a clear manufacturing issue.

3. Non-eligible cases
The following are NOT considered defects:

Minor variations in embroidery, texture, or color due to handcrafted techniques
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or wear and tear
Items modified or altered after purchase
