At KOZMAN by Sara, each product is crafted with care. Below is our clear and simple shipping process.

1. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
We offer two delivery methods:

A. Store Pickup (Free)
Pickup from our Store:
KozmanbySara 
Store B1.187, Arkan Plaza
Sheikh Zayed City, Giza Governorate, Egypt

Pickup is available Sunday–Thursday, during working hours.

B. Home Delivery
Flat shipping fee: 300 EGP (nationwide).
Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on the city and item availability.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is shipped.
During peak seasons or special collaborations, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).

4. Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, details will be shared by email or SMS.
