Our products are handcrafted, embroidered, or customized pieces created in collaboration with artists and artisans.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications; however, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.

3. Pricing
All prices on the website are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have parental permission.
All details you provide are true and accurate.
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic orders within Egypt are shipped by our logistics partners.
Delivery fees and timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy below.
KOZMAN by Sara is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and limited-edition nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect (see Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, textiles, artwork, product images, and brand language are the property of KOZMAN by Sara and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Shopify’s legal standards.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
